Exchanges are accepted in some circumstances - buyer is responsible for return shipping fee.

Cancellations are only accepted before products have been shipped.

Damaged items should be taken up with the shipping company directly. Once the item has been shipped its out of our control. We will endeavour to help you through the process as much as we can.
